The GMU-800 series is one of the few five-axis machining centers in the world capable of heavy milling operations. It features a gantry-style structure and is equipped with high-end spindle technology from Germany, along with high rigidity and high torque gear-driven A/C cradle rotary table technology. Coupled with the latest Heidenhain iTNC640 CNC system and optimized bed structure through precise analysis, it easily meets the high-speed, efficient, and high-precision processing requirements for various materials. It can perform efficient and high-quality rough, semi-finish, and precision machining on our company's open, semi-open, and closed impellers. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with an online measurement and position correction system, allowing for real-time inspection of processed parts to ensure the highest accuracy.
