Equipment Description

The semi-open impeller produced by the Swiss Mikron company's five-axis CNC machining center is cleaned with weak alkali, weak acid, and clean water, then combined with the wheel cover. An aluminum alloy brazing agent is applied at the weld seam, and strip aluminum filler is placed on top, completing the brazing in a brazing furnace. The brazing process is characterized by high quality and efficiency, low cost, and low energy consumption.
