Equipment Description

The company has an advanced expander test bench: equipped with4a permanent magnet variable frequency screw compressor, with a gas volume of up to6400Nm3/h(7barG) to meet the mechanical performance testing of various types of expanders before leaving the factory, laying a solid foundation for the successful first startup of the unit on site. It has successfully provided mechanical performance and aerodynamic performance tests for the company's largest model expander (450mmworking wheel). Intelligent test control system: can display data such as pressure, temperature, speed, vibration, flow, etc., and can achieve complete simulation of on-site operations such as nozzle adjustment, speed control, vibration testing, and emergency shutdown.DCScontrol system, the system interface has a Chinese and English switching function, showcasing expander performance to global customers.
